short walk friendly staff
the location was really central. it was only a short walk to so many places i wanted to see. the staff were super friendly. i especially appreciated the super clean and cozy feel of my superior double room.
the lighting in the bathroom could have been a bit brighter. i found it slightly difficult to see properly when applying makeup.

Fantastic Stay in the Heart of Everything
really good service comfortable bed
I received really good service. The staff offered great suggestions for restaurants and sights in the neighborhood. The location was ideal for exploring the city by foot. I found the room very clean and the bed comfortable.
The noise from the downstairs restaurant was significant. It made sleeping difficult until late at night. I recommend bringing earplugs.

the location worked fine.
i was really annoyed by the noise at night. the restaurant below made it hard to sleep until late. the room wasn't cleaned thoroughly either it was dusty.

Carla impressed us greatly upon arrival. She took time to mark places of interest on a map and share helpful advice. I am grateful for her insights, as they greatly enhanced our exploration. Ricky and his team also were very attentive, friendly, and communicative before and .
The sound from the restaurant downstairs was noticeable. I recommend a room away from the entrance.

The restaurant offers fabulous food and drinks. Guests can enjoy a glass of wine at night and take it up to their rooms. Breakfast is served in the restaurant and features an excellent and varied selection.

The staff is great. They are very friendly and helpful. The manager were great too ensure the stay was comfortable and stress-free. Concierge service via WhatsApp offered fast responses and fulfilled requests effectively.
